I'm a Software Engineer, currently living in Berlin, Germany, and working at Zalando. I'm not actively looking for new roles or freelance, but ping me for a chat if you have something interesting.
As you've might already noticed, I'm a Software Engineer. I like to be defined as a person who gets very much along with geeks and enthusiasts but never considered myself one. I also like to hang out with introverts who don't care about how people might judge them but are very mindful of any actions that might assault the personal peace of the people around them. I'm also a proud Muslim who believes that real life is still ahead, and abides by the lifestyle of prophet Mohamed peace be upon him.

My role is focused on the Backend and Infrastructure in the Pseudonymization team, which operates within the Information Security division. Our team is dedicated to developing and maintaining systems that pseudonymize customer personal identifier information (PII) on a large scale. This is a critical aspect of protecting sensitive data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, and minimizing risks related to data breaches. I am responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing backend systems to handle vast amounts of PII efficiently and securely. I work closely with other teams in the Information Security department to ensure that our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and in line with the latest security practices.
